Portrait Photography for the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

    Where art meets presence.

  • Four people lying on grass in a circle, smiling and looking up at the camera.

Let's have a little fun together.

  • A man wearing a black shirt and cap, a woman in a denim jacket, and a young girl with long hair standing together outdoors. The woman and girl are looking at the man, who is smiling. The background is green and blurred, suggesting a natural setting.

Family photos shouldn't be perfect - they should be real.

  • Waves crashing against rocky cliffs with a lighthouse on top, surrounded by trees under a clear sky.

The World is our backdrop. Let's use it!

About me..

I’m Travis Hale - a Portrait Photographer in Darrington, WA.

I don’t just take pictures. I capture the quiet weight of a glance, the joy in motion and the stillness that says more than words could ever say. My style leans cinematic and moody, with a deep respect for emotion, story and timeless detail.

Before I decided to make this a career, I served 10 years as a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy. By listening, observing and planning meticulously, I continue to use my core values behind a lens.

I’m drawn to people who feel deeply. People who want more than surface-level smiles. People who see their love, their life, their legacy and that it’s something worth preserving with intention.

I don’t do trendy. It isn’t light-and-airy. My work, my photos more than just memories. It’s crafted, honest and real. It’s art.
